The service

Five Alarm Poker Clock ("Five Alarm", "we") provides a tournament clock, a floor app and an organizer app for charity poker events at fivealarmpoker.com. Organizations ("customers") create accounts, invite their staff, and run their own events.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password, devices and recovery codes safe. Organization owners and admins are responsible for who they invite and what roles they give. Tell us right away at support@fivealarmpoker.com if you think your account was used without permission.

Your events and money

Your organization runs its own events and is responsible for following the laws that apply to them, including charitable gaming rules. Five Alarm records sales and standings for you; it doesn't hold, collect or transfer your event's money. Card numbers are never entered into or stored by Five Alarm.

Plans and billing

New organizations get a free trial. After that, a paid plan is required to run new events; reports and exports keep working. Paid plans renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled on the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you've paid for.

Text messages (SMS)

If you add a mobile number, you agree to receive security codes from Five Alarm by text message: only to sign in, confirm your number or reset your password. Message frequency varies with how often you sign in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. We never send marketing texts and never share or sell your number. You can remove your number any time under Account → Account security. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no breaking into accounts or systems, no interfering with other customers, and no using Five Alarm for anything illegal.

Your data

Your organization's data belongs to your organization. Owners can download an export or a backup, or delete the organization from the Billing page (permanently removed after 7 days). See our Privacy policy.
